What the blazes does cobweb have to do with felting? Well, cobweb felting is a wet felting process of creating an extremely lightweight and sheer felt fabric with lovely drape and a lacy look.
Cobweb felted scarves are especially ethereal and magical to me. The opacity of the finished felt shows the beauty of the different fibers used in the batt used to make the felt. You can see the different colors and textures as a cobweb of beauty.
